Event submitters are solely responsible for the accuracy of the submitted details including dates, times, venues, and event descriptions. Madtown Life is not responsible for errors or omissions.

3. Appropriate Content

All event descriptions and associated materials must be suitable for a general audience. Explicit, offensive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate content will not be accepted.

4. Promotional Content

Events should focus on community engagement rather than commercial promotion. Excessive commercial content may lead to rejection or modification of the submission.

5. Non-Endorsement

Submission and publication of event details do not constitute endorsement by Madtown Life. Madtown Life is not a sponsor, partner, or organizer of the events listed and expressly disclaims any association with them.

6. Right to Modify

Madtown Life reserves the right to edit, modify, or reject any event submission to ensure compliance with our guidelines and to maintain the integrity of the event listing service.

7. Intellectual Property

Submitters affirm that they have the right to use and distribute the content provided in their submissions, including text, images, and logos, and grant Madtown Life a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the provided materials for promoting the event.

8. Changes and Cancellations

The submitter's responsible for informing Madtown Life promptly of any changes to the event details or if an event is canceled.

9. Privacy

Personal information provided during the submission process will be handled per Madtown Life’s privacy policy, which protects the confidentiality and security of your data.

10. Compliance with Laws

All events must adhere to applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

11. Disclaimer of Liability

Madtown Life is not responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred from participating in or attending any event listed on our platform. The responsibility lies with the event organizers and participants.

12. Agreement to Terms

By submitting an event to Madtown Life, you agree to these Terms of Submission and confirm that you understand and will comply with them.
