GARLIC BUTTER GREEN BEANS

Ingredients:
1 lb. fresh green beans, trimmed
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: lemon zest or sliced almonds for topping

Instructions:
Boil green beans for 3–4 minutes, then drain and rinse with cold water.
In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
Add green beans, toss to coat, and cook for 2–3 minutes until warmed through.
Season and top with lemon zest or almonds if desired.

CHEESEY BAKED MAC & CHEESE BITES

Ingredients:
2 cups cooked elbow macaroni
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 egg
¼ cup milk
Salt & pepper

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a mini muffin tin.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Spoon into muffin cups.
Bake 15–18 minutes until golden and set.
Let cool slightly before popping them out and serving warm!

CRISPY ROASTED PARMESAN POTATOES

Ingredients:
1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved
2 tbsp olive oil
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt, pepper, and parsley

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss potatoes with olive oil, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt & pepper.
Spread cut side down on a baking sheet.
Roast 30–35 minutes until golden and crispy.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve hot.

MAPLE GLAZED CARROTS

Ingredients:
1 lb baby carrots
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp pure maple syrup
½ tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions:

Boil or steam carrots until just tender (about 6–8 minutes). Drain.
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in maple syrup and cinnamon.
Add carrots and toss to coat. Cook for 3–5 minutes until glazed and shiny.
Sprinkle with salt and parsley before serving.

CREAMY CORN CASSEROLE

Ingredients:
1 can (15 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
1 can (15 oz) creamed corn
1 cup sour cream
½ cup melted butter
1 box (8.5 oz) cornbread mix (like Jiffy)

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.
Pour into prepared dish and bake for 45–50 minutes, until golden and set.
Let rest 5 minutes before serving warm.
