Yahara Bay Distillery was the first craft distillery in Madison and only the second in Wisconsin. They make over 40 different products, with local ingredients. Try them in the tasting room, where they also offer seasonal creations. But beware… if you go thinking you’ll just have one drink, but eventually you’ll want to try the whole menu.
